Care Services Manager / Deputy Director of Nursing

This growing private organisation place a premium on preserving residents\' dignity and self-respect, while providing quality standards of nursing care.
Located in Warrnambool, this small facility requires an experienced aged care professional to lead the team and to ensure successful and effective management of the facility. You will also be required to ensure the appropriate level of clinical care is provided to all residents through providing contemporary nursing practices are delivered at all times.
Previous experience in managing staffing levels and demonstrated experience in managing quality improvement is required. It is essential you also meet the following criteria:
- RN Division 1 registration
- Excellent clinical assessment skills
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills in aged care
- Strong knowledge of ACFI
- Experience and knowledge of the accreditation process
