Executive Assistant - Director of Clinical Services

 

East Grampians Health Service is seeking to appoint an experienced executive assistant to provide support to the Director of Clinical Services.
Some of your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
·         High level executive support to the DOCS
·         Coordinate, agenda preparation and minute takings at meetings
·         Complex diary management;
·         Collate business plan updates and ad hoc reports;
·         Ability to co-ordinate video & teleconferences
·         General administration to assist the department as required
·         Volunteer coordination


To be the successful candidate, you will have advanced MS Office skills (including Excel), strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organisational skills, ability to prioritise and work with other health professionals and the demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines.

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant within a professional services/corporate environment is also essential as is a flexible team attitude and the ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
