Administration/Office Support

We are looking for an energetic and experienced administrator to join our Clients admin team. Boost your career in administration to new heights and grow within this well established and prosperous building and construction firm!

You will play a pivotal role in providing admin support to our Client ensuring the effective and timely management of the team’s admin requirements. You will be an enthusiastic team player who communicates well with people from all walks of life.

Responsibilities include:

  • Tasks such as typing, general filing, diary management, screening phone calls and messages
  • photocopying & reception type duties
  • Coordination of Mass Mail outs
  • General tracking of invoices and outstanding balances
  • Sales support
  • Other adhoc duties as required

The Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • High level of organization skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Intermediate / Advanced MS Office skills
