We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and driven Workers Compensation Case Manager in our Geelong office. As a Case Manager at QBE you will manage the assigned portfolio of 0 to 78 week claims in an effective manner and in accordance with relevant legislation and internal service standards.
You will provide direction, support and co-ordination of the activities amongst the key stakeholders to a claim, drawing on your exceptional customer service and decision making skills.
You will help injured workers by overseeing their recovery and resolving issues trying to provide positive results for all stakeholders i.e. injured workers, their employers, GPs & other medical professionals, etc.
You will enjoy managing challenging & sensitive customer situations and deliver on internal and external KPIs. Excellent communication, administrative and customer service skills are essential for this role.
